HAhahahahahahahahahaha I see that the stock prices on Kleenex tissues went through the roof. Guess the halt placed on the canned slaughter of semi-domestic geese caused a lot of tears to flow from those buck toothed hillbilly's drooling on themselves at the thought of gunning them down. Suppose they'll have to settle for stomping on puppies and kittens at the pound

Look at all the whining from the slobbering canned hunters who couldn't legally bag wild waterfowl if someone tied it to a stump, they jump at the chance to slaughter semi-domestic animals in an urban setting, running around beating their chests like neanderthals working themselves up for a mammoth hunt. Golf is NOT a natural activity of wildlife, golf courses have to be formed from the destruction of natural settings, they suck up resources faster than a beer belly redneck and his sister wife spit out toe-headed inbred dimwits that slobber at the chance to kill semi-domestic animals in an urban setting. Return the Wilderness to the Natural State and shove those tiny white orbs where the sun shouldn't shine.

Unfortunately, it is illegal to shoot them too or we would!

Look at all the big tough men whining that they won't get to kill something. God forbid those poor golfers and soccer moms get a speck of poo on their delicate little feet. How dreadful! Never mind the people having sex out in the open, getting high, and all manner of disgusting behavior that goes on in the park. Just make sure the real problem, the geese, is solved. And you wonder why they think Arkansas is the most backward state in the country?

The geese are about as disgusting and annoying as other "Occupiers"! All of the tree-huggers that signed that petition should all take a few geese home with them.

i'm sure the golfers, if they have any balls could stress test a goose head with a driver. would you need a mulligan for a hole in one with a goose head.

It's a easy fix. How? If you don't like goose pudding on your shoes stay out of the park. They are cleaner than most people.

They just need to take them to Mayor Hay's house, both him and the inside of his house are full of poop, the outside should certainly match.

Cooked goose,or goose scat,it's your choice.Do all the tree huggers, animal kissers, and other educated idiots, have nothing better to do ? Do you complain, and fuss, each year when the annual duck and goose seasons bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars into this state ? Or is it because you think the geese,in the park, are pretty? How pretty would they be,crapping all over your, precious lawn, boat, automobile,or house ? Aside from the fact, ever been around a "barnyard"goose, when mating,or laying?Wild geese are way more irratible, and agressive. The hunt is not only the most feasible way to control the population, but gives some folks more food to put in their freezers. As for the gentleman, who said he would give a home to 20,what will he do next year when they become 60-80? The year after that ? I certainly don't hear all the belly acheing about the open hunting of feral hogs,or what about alligators ? Don't you want to hug, kiss, and pet them, too? Or,are they not pretty? What about the blackbirds ??????

One more time for those of you slow to understand. These geese have never migrated. They were born here, placed by a USFWS program to increase the population when they were scarce. Guess what? It worked! Now, we have a problem. Geese can be moved by the use of a dog. It has been done time and again. Why kill them if the problem can be solved in other ways? The disease risk is grossly overstated. There is virtually no reputable scientific evidence to support it. And, the fungus spores that cause histoplasmosis and blastomicosis are found in the soil, not in goose scat.
