Well, all is not lost. Admiral Hays can activate his Submarine and raid the tug boats that are pushing barges down the river for bounty. I don't recall the Sub having a deck gun do the crew would have to use the torpedoe tubes. I can just hear the Captain now; DIVE! DIVE! Then rising to periscope depth. Hays could even fly the 'jolly Roger" for his flag.

All that money was spent on bike trails. That was not so bad but now the Mayor and Pulaski County have took it upon them selfs to make a public highway 161 at Scott a bike path . The part of the highway they chose is the most dangerous part of the highway. They decided to put every one in danger by doing this. No questions ask , they just decuided to do it.

The mayor's trickery and hogwash have finally caught up with him, I think NLR has seen him pull the wool on them time and time again wasting money on bike trails and ball parks

Doggone, no Tug Boat to add to Admiral Hay's Navy, no money for his beloved bicycle trail. and no State Fair. He certainly must be in a state of deprresion tonight. I think this is the first tax increase the "Pied Piper" of NLR has asked for that his followers didn't give him.

The Arkansas Tea Party worked hard to defeat the proposed sales tax and will continue to fight against wasteful spending.
