Name change for Little Rock National Airport?

LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Little Rock Airport Commission is considering a name change. If approved the airport would become known as Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport.

The airport name change is on the agenda for consideration Tuesday, March 20. A public relations firm hired by the airport already has developed signage alternatives and drafted a media release for distribution if the idea is approved.

Local officials do not have the final say on the matter. If the airport’s governing body decides to seek the name change it must be approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.
