Names, details released in officer involved shooting

The Little Rock Police Department released the names of the two detectives involved in Friday’s shooting and killing of a burglary suspect.

Well that comment ,onlygodcanjudgeme, provides that insight behind my comment. Your obviously a career Criminal because the law doesn't mean squat to you. As for the "criminals" that come up with the statutes, that would be your local and state elected congressmen and women. If You had taken the time to vote for the right person then they would not have created such absurd laws, at least in your view. By the way, do you even know what my name is?

1gmama i bet your diaper needs changing. Just because its a law doesnt mean squat. He didn't shoot anyone so its abusurd to charge him. Sthrnrsh you must be well educated with a name like that. The real criminals are the ones who come up these code statues. Im not condoning what these idiots did in anyway

He is bein charged with capital murder because his partner in crime was killed while they were committing a felony, its the law. OnlyGodCNJgeMe.......get out of here with that crap. If he had been at home or at work instead of stealing other peoples stuff like a"GOOD OLD BOY" his butt would still be alive.

"Only god can judge me" usually is found (now a days) being said by people uneducated on its terminology or someone who uses it as a scape goat for there crimes. I know who can judge you.......12 of your peers. Your comment is "frittata" at best. Capitol murder charge is the law. I have know Idea where you get off calling it the good ole boy system. Maybe if you picked up a criminal code statute book you would learn something. Moving along........

It says Marcus Davis is charged with capital murder. Did they kill a person inside the home or are they charging him with the fault of the other thug getting killed? If this happened the way its reported, I say kudos to the detectives. I would like to know what prompted the capital murder charge, nothing much to go on in this story.
