LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Sunday, Central Arkansas real estate agents participated in a Nationwide Open House.
Coldwell banker agent Gary Goldsby says interest rates for home purchases remain at historic lows.
"Right now, you can get anywhere from nearly three percent on a 15-year loan," said Goldsby.
The local newspaper and now the web are the main driving forces to attract interested buyers. However, Goldsby says there has been a slight shift in those looking to make the purchase.
"The majority of buyers are homeowners. They are not flippers or investors. We are not seeing as much as that as we used to," said Goldsby.
