New director, new ideas for Arkansas Scholarship Lottery

After a rocky first two years, the lottery has new leadership and new ideas. Lawmakers heard first hand Tuesday the idea of buying tickets without cash.

but other state gov't workers/administrators can make well over that amount, no ifs ands or buts about it..Just take a look at the website, it's all out there for us to see but people have a problem with the lotto man's pay?????...We demonize this guy's salary that is voluntarily paid by the people who participate in the lottery while other workers of the state make well over that amount...BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
