No charges filed after investigation into UAPB audit

No criminal charges will be filed in connection to an internal audit of the Harrold Complex at UAPB. The internal audit in 2010 could not verify nearly $800,000 in payroll expenses and vendor disbursements. The Arkansas State Police was asked to investigate see if any crimes had been committed.

Incompetence is not always criminal. They would spend more than $800,000 trying to prosecute anyone.

I guess Crime Bluff has crime at UAPB also. "...could not verify nearly $800,000 ..." and no one was arrested or charged? We'd all being doing well if we could make off with almost a million, and all that would happen to us is get fired! Must be nice.
