LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A tornado warning was issued as severe thunderstorms moved through eastern Arkansas, but authorities say there have been no immediate reports of injury or damage.

The National Weather Service issued the warning for Arkansas, Jefferson and Lincoln counties after radar indicated a storm capable of producing a tornado near Grady Friday night. It wasn't immediately confirmed that a tornado touched down, and sheriff's offices in Jefferson and Lincoln County and Arkansas County officials said no problems had been reported.

Tommy Jackson with the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management also said nothing had been reported to the agency.

Seven counties in northeast Arkansas are under a tornado watch until late Friday.

Conditions are favorable for severe storm development in some areas as remnants of Isaac track through the state.
