wp; I usually agree with you; but not this time. RR's used to serve just about every good sized town once upon a time; and often, the tracks were there before the roads were. $10 million for 13,000 people a day? I say enjoy watching the trains go by, or find another way around; put the money to better use.

they need overpasses in a lot of places..Mabelvale, Arch St, 65th & University and countless other places. I think the railroad should be made to pay for some of it.
