North Little Rock police investigate death

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR – North Little Rock Police were called to a scene where a woman was found dead Tuesday morning.

According to reports, around 10:00 Tuesday morning, an unidentified man told detectives that he thought he might have killed someone. Officers responded to the scene at 116 Latona Lane, Apt. 23 in North Little Rock, to perform a welfare check.

When they arrived, police found a woman dead inside the apartment. Police say they have a suspect in custody, but neither the suspect nor the victim has been identified.

The investigation is ongoing.
