$2.500.00 worth of damage was done to a high school after thieves stripped an electrical unit of its copper.

@ Protector20 & Monroe...I agree 100% with you both. I do believe their needs to be security walking the campus and cameras put up for those schools that maybe can't afford security. seeing how the thieves have been @ Oak Grove on 2 occasions I dought they will be back. Its more likely they will hit another school and for the most part all schools should have some type of security for the nights and weekends to prevent another incident. I don't believe Police should be securing the schools due to high demand on our city streets. I agree the suspects need to have be put on a strict probation and hard community service with hard labor. we pay too much $ in taxes to house criminals like this in jail.

Seems like they have to put undercover cops around the campus and find out who it is. It must be someone that went to the school in previous years. Pulaski County needs to put a cop there that goes and walks the campus and guards the campus at all times until they figure out what they are doing with the school.

Seems to me that there would have been a "watch" put into force waiting for another heist to take place after the first theft. The thieving scumbags do not care about destroying thousands of dollars worth of property for a small amount of money for their thefts. ==================================================================== protector20; I agree with you 100%.

For crimes like this, the perps don't need to be sitting in a cell all day long on the taxpayer's dime. They need to be sentenced to hard labor since they obviously don't know the value of a job.
