Obama celebrates becoming nation's 44th president

Following his election triumph, President-elect Barack Obama is reaching out to friend and foe alike. He acknowledged his joyful backers in a victory speech in Chicago's Grant Park, and he also spoke to those who voted against him, saying he hears their voices, needs their help and will be their president, too.

I think Obama was the better choice. Bush has this country in such a jam no matter who won the election; its going to take an army to fight this economic battle. Besides i would rather see a Junior senator than a Senior Citizen with his Beauty Queen running OUR Country.

I hope we do not live to regret the election of this man. I fear for our future with the welfare of our country in his hands. He has too many ties to the nations we need to fear most and the fact that he has an aunt living here illegally is unacceptable. I am not sure we had anyone running who would do what needs to be done but electing this man is tempting fate. Barrack Hussein Obama scares me to death...............I hope that is not to be litterally.
