LITTLE ROCK, AR - An Occupy Little Rock protestor handcuffed himself to the railing in front of the Arkansas State Capitol on Tuesday in protest of what he called "greed" of local and state leaders.

Luke Flowers, 21, says he is the founder of Occupy Conway movement as well.

In response, officers with the capitol police removed Flowers from the handcuffs and then used bolt cutters to remove them from the railing.

Flowers told FOX16 News he plans to stay out on the steps of the capitol for the rest of the day.

@toasteroven I wouldn't call it wasting anything. At least he will stand up for what he believes in and that's not a waste, that's the sign of true honor, something this country has forgotten.

What a dry story. There was no information other than "greed" of local leaders as his agenda. Fox is good at making this poor guy look like he has no real agenda. The Occupy movement in general has bigger things on it's plate than "greed". Equality for all people, state, national, world wide. This is the begining. Next time, Fox, interview him and represent him with his, and the Occupy movement he represents' FULL agenda and purpose.

At least he's not wasting his potential or anything. There is that.
