I do agree that the retailers have made Thanksgiving and Christmas a retail holiday. The true meaning of both holidays have gone out the window. But I also have this to say. We should take time EVERY day to give thanks, not just once a year. We should celebrate Christ EVERY day, not just once a year. We should give praise EVERY day, not just once a year. Thats the bigger picture here, not black Friday. Thats the problem with the world, society has taken God out of almost everything. And for those of you who get offended by my comments here, remember, it is my right to speak. As for the Occupy idiots, get over it. You alone can not and will not change corporate America. The politicians and lawyers have you outnumbered and out financed. Your so called opinion matters none. So pack up your tents, stop all the nonsense and get your asses back to work.

Lord isn't it great to live in a country where your rights let you voice your opinion. Be it bravely and openly or on a keyboard in the safety of ones home. Well just saying. I'm going to the Rock today to support the protesters and their rights to protest. That's what made me a veteran. The backbone to do stand for something instead of being led blindly.
