NOT SAYING THAT OBOMA IS THE MAN,BUT HAS ANYONE NOTICED THAT THE ENTIRE TIME REPUBLICANS HELD OFFICE THERE WAS NO CONCERN NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT HEALTH CARE FOR ANYONE THAT DIDN'T HAVE THE MEANS TO GET IT. IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT THROUGH YOUR JOB THERE WAS NO WAY THE AVERAGE PERSON COULD PAY THE PRICE. WHEN OBOMA TOOK OFFICE AND CAME UP WITH OBOMA CARE IT SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF EVERYONE. NOW YOU NOTICE EVERY ONE IS CONCERNED AND EVERYONE HAS THE FIX FOR HEALTH CARE. ALSO NOT UNTILL DONALD TRUMP STARTED TALKING ABOUT RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT AND TALKING ABOUT OIL AND GAS PRICES WHITCH IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS PEOPLE ARE HURTING RIGHT NOW. NOT ONE POLITICAIN SPOKE ABOUT IT NOR ABOUT CHINA. AFTER TRUMP BROUGHT IT UP AND WE ALL GOT EXCITED ABOUT TRUMP AND HOW FINALY SOMEONE IS BRIGHT ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND.WELL NOW EVERYONE THINKS THEY HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS TO THOSE ISSUES ALSO. MAY I REMIND EVERYONE WHEN I SAY THEY I MEAN REPUBLICANS. BECAUSE THE DEMECRATS HAVEN'T GOTTEN STARTED YET. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. IF ANY RUN BESIDES ABOMA

I see most of the negative comments from those I suspect sit behind their computer screen soaking in the rhetoric of our current population of elected conmen. I have to laugh when I draw the parallels to this modern day movement and that of the pre-revolutionary movement to free our newly formed colony from the tyranny of king george and the self appointed and overly entitled aristocracy of Great Britain, I say this because those rabble rousing LIBERALS actually succeeded in freeing our country from that situation only to have it slowly descend into the a society that replaced the monarchy with corporate MASTERS and greed centered ceo's. During that time many whom maintained their allegiance to the king spouted out ignorant and uneducated propaganda about those PATRIOTS similar to what is being vomited today by the fearful minions of greed about any who stand and DEMAND FAIRNESS in a FREE SOCIETY. Sadly I suspect that this free society is only a sham, it is free for the corporations to raid and plunder, it is closed to the workers upon whose backs their wealth is gained.

I think all the OWS people want is to a level playing field, and to be treated fairly and exactly like the banks that go bailed out. So, if they borrow money from the federal government, to go to school say, then these OWS people should be expected to pay it back, with interest, just like the banks did.

What nobody understands is that the politicians (democrats mostly) are the ones spending away the wealth of America. Just look at what’s in these bills they pass. Why don’t people look at history to see that the democrats were in control for over 40 years? Go back and look at what’s in these bills; read what they put into these bills, it’s spending. Obama spent his first two years pushing for his Obamacare, HE DID NOT SPEND HIS TIME WORKING ON A JOBS PLAN. And campaign money, WHERE DO YOU THINK HE GETS THAT MONEY, BIG CORPORTIONS. Since being in office all he has done is campaign, campaign and campaign. He’s on TV all the time he’s on his bus tour. Do you know where these buses came from, Canada? Do you know how much the tax payers paid for that? ALL OF IT! Do you know how much his wife has spent of the tax payers’ money? Going on all her lavish vacations? Millions of dollars of the tax payers’ money. So why aren’t’ people outraged over that? But people are SO in LOVE with him no matter what he does to this country. All these people want is handouts, take from the rich and give it to the poor. How many of them have gotten jobs and made money from the poor. Why are these nuts screaming at Wall Street? Wall Street doesn’t make the laws, the politician due.

@wlhester....you have absolutely NO idea what the movement is about. Its not about taking from the rich to give to the poor. Its about making the playing field more level. its about the wealthy paying their fair share. Its about SAVING OUR COUNTRY!!!!

I have been watching all the news and checking out the movements web site in hopes of learning what the Occupy movement is all about, so far the only thing I see is a bunch of people who want wealthy people to share their wealth with them, that is called socialism!!!! Most do not want jobs just more handouts. Go home and remember this is America not China or Russia!!!!

Forever and until the end of time, there will be those who want something for nothing. Occupy Wall Street is nothing new.

I wanted to be there because if changes are not made we will lose our America! Yes enough of us can bring changes and we will. We have to stop being sheep!
