Occupy planning legal action against City of Little Rock

Occupy Little Rock delayed taking legal action against the city until at least Tuesday at 5pm, 14 hours before police plan to evict the group from the camp.

While each of the previous posts are in clear violation of line 1, 2, 3 and 6 of the rules when posting comments, I would still like to say this to all. OWS has done many things for the people of this country. I would like to offer a thought that I hope each of you spend some time and read and educate yourselves prior to posting statements that are false about Occupy protesters who are trying to change our communities so that the rules are fair for all classes. If any of you feel that people should be thrown out of their homes without a chance of negotiating with the banks, should be grateful that your lives have not hit this level but be sure, most of American working class are one step away from this tragedy every day. Our Military men and women are returning home to find no jobs and no hope for feeding their families. This is not the way things should be and it takes strong and brave people like these people to stand up for every working class American. If you think that does not apply to you, I'm so sorry to hear that. I am happy to see that their camp can be seen from the highway. Great place to camp guys! Stay strong and fight for those that need you most.

Hell, let them move on over to Daisy Bates and by McArthur Park. They wont last a day over there. The gangbangers and drug dealers will run them out of town fast.

This is what happens when you cater to these kind of people. The police chief was the one that got them the permit to "occupy" their current parking lot in the first place. Now their threatening to sue the city? Hello you idiots, that's our tax money you're screwing with. The city and the people of Little Rock have been more than gracious. Move along!

sooo.... the group that is living off the government wants to sue the government for enforcing a rule... even at state ran camp grounds you can only pitch a tent for so long before you have to move ... the city could just say no to any new camps on public land... these idiots arent doing anything but siting on thier tails all day soaking up tax payer $, and the site looks like a landfill.
