I would have preferred a raise...a medal from a corrupt system only shames these brave men

Give credet were its due. These two officers went abouve the call of duty and put their own life in danger to save someone els. They deserve a pat on the back. Not nessaserily for their heroic actions but for alowing themselves to be tools for the Good lords work. He put these guys there for a reason... In this case it was to get Mr Perkins out of A burning building. It wasnt you're time Mr. Perkins. Count you're blessings and be thankfull for every day you are blessed with. Thank GOD for these two officers and others like them on the force.

A real man doesn't need a pat on the back for doing the job he trained for. Only a punk. Stand for something. Don't cry if thing don't call attention to you. A man stands on his own.

they may have just been doing their jobs but they still risked their lives. they could have just waited for the firefighters but they didn't, they're very deserving of those medals. Plus a raise!
