LITTLE ROCK, AR – Police say one man has died after a Sunday night shooting.

According to reports, two men were pulled over driving a white Chrysler around 8:30 pm on August 27. The driver, 19-year-old Christian Sheance, told police that he and the passenger, 26-year-old Courtland Dugger, were shot while at the Valero Gas Station at 7200 West 12th street. Police say the vehicle appeared to have multiple bullet holes in the front windshield and the passenger side.

Police say Dugger was transported to Baptist Hospital, where he later died of his injuries.

Monday morning, police arrested 36-year-old Phillip Conway Sr. and 18-year-old Phillip Conway Jr. as suspects. Both men were charged with 1st degree murder and will be in Little Rock District Court on Tuesday for their arraignment. Police believe the incident stemmed from a long standing feud between the men.

The investigation is ongoing.

My prayers go out to ALL parties involved. There was more than one victim in this situation, but most people who post have no clue about the circumstances. What were the events that led up to this tragedy? Who pursued who? Could it have been that the suspects felt like their lives were in danger? If you don't know the history, your comments are useless. Have someone try to kill you and/or your child and then comment on how you responded. I bet your point of view will be a bit more biased than it is now. In situations like this, no one wins. My condolences to the family of the deceased. It's truly a tragedy.

GOOD JOB OFFICER(S),...SAD THAT A FAMILY LOST A LOVED ONE AND TWO OTHERS GIVING THEIR LIVES UP TOO. People, BTW, WHILE ONE OFFICER WAS HELPING THE VICTIM , others were risking their lives trying to get the suspects, they COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED ALSO. The criminals need to realize they are taking the SAME RISK AS THE POLICE OFFICERS WHEN THEY SHOW UP. Put them away.....I suggested a billboard long ago that said "I want to go to prison and be with my father"....God Bless the police
