Osborne personal item auction begins

More than 1100 items belonging to late philanthropist Jennings Osborne are up for auction in a North Little Rock warehouse. For every somewhat typical item on the block, there are about a dozen others, like ventriloquist dolls, that are anything but.

I know that Mr. Osbourne must of been an inspiration for many. Being capable of giving the way he did, shows how generous he was! When I was younger, I would go see the fireworks display and it was always an amazing display. I just know God will provide for his family. He always does! When in hard times like this; your faith kicks in!!

pretty sad day when a man who had his kind of money has to have his things auctioned off by his estate to pay bills!!!! He was a great man... may his family continue to be blessed because of him and them.
