PB Police: Man wanted for burglary, rape, kidnapping, and assault

PINE BLUFF, AR – An armed and dangerous man is sought by the Pine Bluff Police Department.

Anthony James Welspom, 53, is wanted by police for aggravated residential burglary, being a felon in possession of a firearm, rape, kidnapping, and aggravated assault in connection to an incident that occurred Tuesday morning in Pine Bluff.

Welpsom is described as 5’10” tall and 195lbs. His last known address is on Tracey Avenue in Little Rock. He may be in a black, 4-door 1999 Cadillac Deville with Arkansas license plate number 271-SAT. Police say he may be headed to Blytheville.
