PB leaders delay vote on requiring store surveillance cams

Monday night, Pine Bluff city leaders discussed the possibility of requiring convenience store and restaurant owners to install security cameras.

Let's not become a nanny state here - business owners should make business decisions. People can choose to work for - or not work for - a business, and if it's in a convenience store, one with a working surveillance system would be a preference (I'd think...) If PB mandates this, where does it stop - mandatory home cameras in case of home invasion? GPS-tagging people so we know who's where when?
