After 18 years there is probably little to learn. This is sad. It must be hard to live with. I think the problem is only one person knows what happened and they know how to keep their mouth shut. Then again we are talking about Pine Bluff. That one person might not even be able to talk today. Hope they get some relief .

I wonder how much a weekly update that comes from an incompetent liar will be worth. Apparently a few city council members want to get a relative hired as a cop. At least 1 news story claims that they want 3 cops to be hired. I live on Cherry Street in Pine Bluff - it's a major emergency vehicle run - and I guarantee that we have too many cops here that have too much time on their hands. I wonder if there is even just 1 city council member that has not been able to get a relative a city job. Everything that can be wrong with a police department has been wrong with the Pine Bluff Police Department, and has been enabled by crooked lawyers, crooked judges and crooked elected officials. I think it's obvious why the Hall case has seemed unimportant to the cops. Contrast that case with the Casey Crowder murder case - the victim was a white girl, and her maternal grandfather was a Pine Bluff cop for a long time. In Pine Bluff special people get special favors. Certain groups here get unwarranted harassment from cops, and certain minorities are racially-profiled. The cops have a stop & frisk policy. To live in Pine Bluff is to live in a place that seems to be under martial law.
