Are you speaking of the new superintendent that broke the law by spending district money without going through the board? Is paying to fly family members back and forth for visiting ok? What about the legal yet morally wrong choice of putting chrome wheels on the district car he drives paid with tax payers/district money. Could it be the one that spent almost a 1/2 million dollars for busses for his mess in changing school start times? All of this was done in the first 3 months of having the position. And don't forget highering his BFF for 'consulting' illegally. Hummm..........fical distress should be no surprise.

At the end of the day, the matter at hand that is constantly being ignored is the education of our children. I am very close to this situation, and I must say that it is very disappointing that the students of PCSSD are suffering behind all of the poli"tricks". When we will stop allowing race, money and personal agendas to get in the way of establishing policies that effectively provide a leveled playing field for all of our children???

Are you serious! The things in question amount to less than 0.012 of 1% of the annual budget. Yes, the Superintendent needs to get it corrected, but there has to be more to the story than meets the eye here. We are not so gullible to think that this is about PCSSD. This is about politicians looking for a way to push a political agenda. The new leadership at PCSSD is doing great things and certain politicians stand to lose from PCSSD's success. This is nothing more than politicians trying to stop that progress for personal reasons. Ask yourselves "can the PCSSD leaders really find $8M in annual operating savings if they can't account for the money." From what I've read, they are weeks away from passing a vote to repair or replace 7 schools. As far as everything that I've read shows, this new leadership team is doing something that hasn't been done anywhere else. They are building new schools with no increase to the property taxes. Get out of the way legislators or we will vote you out of office. Press on with pride PCSSD and continue doing great things. We are counting on your success.
