LITTLE ROCK, AR – A convicted sex offender has been denied parole once again.
According to the Arkansas Parole Board, the decision to deny Brian Floss’ parole was unanimous. Floss was sentenced to 15 years in prison as part of a plea deal in 2003.
Tammy Harper, his victim’s mother, has asked the board to deny parole every year that Floss has been imprisoned.
