I really do Hate that a life has been taken but There really has been a problem with homeless panHandlers on the streets etc off 630, especially on university off-on ramps and other places. I wish the city would ban them from pan-handling motorist just trying to get around through traffic and not have them at our windows everytime we stop for a light or trying to navigate on and off the 630 ramps. It really is a problem. I hope they find the person that hit and killed this person and make them stand up for their actions. Cant believe they didnt stop and try to render aid. Sad!
