Person of interest in Natzke homicide released on bond

LITTLE ROCK, AR – A person that the Garland County Sheriff’s Office calls a “person of interest” in the homicide of Dawna Natzke has been released on $15,000 bond.

Kevin Duck was originally arrested in Louisiana on Feb 1st on an unspecified probation violation. At a parole or probation hearing in Hot Spring County Tuesday, Duck was released on bond.

Duck is the former boyfriend of Dawna Natzke.

This is a "person of interest" and he's being let go??? Wheres the justice for her? Her babies that was left behind?! I'm appalled!

They havent charged him with the murder, yet, so that would not be a reason to hold him on a revocation. He has proven that he cant abide by the conditions of his parole, so why let him back out? Stupid justice system.

shouldn't being a murder suspect be a violation of parole in itself? Why did he even have a bond...I'm sure he's ready to flee now.
