PINE BLUFF, AR – As detectives recount Monday morning's shooting, Lillie Wilson is overwhelmed with grief.  Based on statements from Wilson and witnesses, she and LaTange Long had gotten into an argument.  Wilson went home, took some medicine for a headache, and put her .357 in her pocket.

"She went back to work, went over to her machine. Ms. Long walked over by her, made some type of noise and made some derogatory term," said Detective Bill Wiegand.

And then, that's when police say Wilson shot and killed Long.

"I place this squarely on the shoulders of Central Moloney and the supervisors therein," said Gary Wilson, the suspect's husband.

Wilson's husband says he regrets what happened but blames Central Moloney for it.  For six years, he says Long bullied his wife.

Examples of the bullying include pushing his wife up against the wall, verbal abuse, and even spitting food onto Wilson's chair.

He said she reported it, but nothing ever happened.

"If they had done their jobs, then this woman would still be alive, my wife would be at home with me, and my head wouldn't be hurting right now," Wilson said.

A Central Moloney spokesman said they have no record of any issues that would require intervention from human resources.

"They have failed all of the employees that worked there. They failed the woman that is deceased. They failed my wife. They failed me," Wilson said.

Bullying in the Workplace is a crime rarely dealt with due to workplace cover ups. Now after 6 years of dealing with this situation, why did the management place these women on the same shift when they have more than one plant? Plus explain why the deceased was placed earlier this year on the same shift side by side. The woman was shot and killed at the shoots machine. Many questions????

Making this a capital murder case will bring in the naacp. If convicted of capital murder, she can receive the death penalty.

Unless I am a convicted felon, (which Im not) or I am trying to form a militia, (which Im not) or I am not trying to commit a crime with my guns, (which Im not) then the government will NEVER get my firearms. My firearms are for hunting and personal protection and the protection of my family. If they try to take this American's firearms, it will be hell.

Littletowngirl; sorry, Uncle Sam ( or the UN ) may not have my guns! DudeIII; stats do show that crime goes up in this kind of weather. I feel for both families. One of these ladies has to face her Maker; hope she was right with Him! The other will have to go to prison for the rest of her life probably. Prayers to all who were affected by this.

When she went home and got the .357, she knew good and damn well what her intentions were. Time to pay the piper.

There is always two sides to every story and unfortunately we will not be able to know LaTange's side of the story.

The poor husband has a headache from this. He blames the company, that has no record of any complaints. Cry me a river. There are other ways to deal with people like this other than shooting them.
