I am glad they cought him, but wish so badly that there was something that could be done about all the lives being wasted and destroyed by drugs. I doubt that there is one person that can say their life has not been touch in some way by drugs ,either directly or indirectly

Why ridicule the man for being sick? If indeed he is hooked on crack, it is an addiction, and addiction is a sickness. No, it is not right to go and break into someones home by any means, but a stupid decision fueled by drugs does not make someone a "bad" person. Addicts do not think in their right frame of mind, does not mean they can not change and become a better person from their wrongs. Not one person reading this is where they are today because they were perfect, everyone makes mistakes, some are just bigger than others.

it's too bad that an armed home owner didn't shoot his thieving butt.

They can charge him with all the charges they want. When this piece of crap goes to court, the prosecution will offer him a small sentence in exchange for a guilty plea, which in turn will result in the prosecution dropping the majority of the charges. Its not like I'm speculating here, we've all seen it happen time and time again. Prosecute him for each charge, to the max. I dont care about prison overcrowding, I dont care that they have to pile them in and make them sleep on the floors. If you want a bed to sleep in, stop being a thief and you can sleep in your bed at home.

whocares. I don't beleive this is his first time making that bad decision. He just got caught this time. If you do something like that so many times the law of averages will catch up with you. Good to see it caught up with him. I hope the people he was stealing from got everything back.
