One conviction, one bullet, end of story. End parole, end good time, end emergency powers act, end early release, end plea deals and end the constant babying of the criminals. Make these sorry, low life pieces of crap pay for their crimes.

Typical of out justice system, criminals who are not afraid to go to jail or prison, and when they get out proves it by killing. We need stricter punishments and less luxury's in our penal systems.
