BENTON, AR – Benton Police arrested two men Friday morning suspected of breaking into cars and stealing property inside.
Steven Dickerson, 18, and Jackie Fossette, 21, were arrested after officers were asked to check on a pair of suspicious people in the area of Misty Drive in the Hidden Valley Subdivision. The arrests happened around 2:30am.
Police said the two broke into a car in the area that was unlocked.
Fossette is charged with Obstruction of a Governmental Operation, Breaking or Entering, Theft of Property (Felony), Theft of Property (Misdemeanor), and Unauthorized Use of Another Person’s Property to Facilitate a Crime. Dickerson was charged with Obstruction of a Governmental Operation, Breaking or Entering, Theft by Receiving (Felony-3 counts), Theft by Receiving (Misdemeanor), and Unauthorized Use of Another Persons Property to Facilitate a Crime.
Dickerson and Fossette both live in Little Rock, according to the Saline County jail website.
