Layla; My last job before disability was at a store that hired people that had been in prison. They didn't mind giving someone a 2nd chance. And they don't drug test, so they don't care about addiction; just don't come to work drunk, or get high at work; I've seen a few get fired for that, including managers. Gotta love a company that gives 2nd chances! I've mentioned the place to a few looking for work, but they weren't interested because it's minimum wage. Sad. Any paycheck for honest work is better than none, and better than stealing.

I recently met some folks whom are employed by a company that is commercial telemarketing. Some of these folks have various addictions. My point is this, they make their own $ and are not robbing folks. The company they work for also employes x-felons trying to do right and make an honest living. I can admire that for the reason that their not stealing and not on welfare. There is no reason to be a trashy lowlife when you have companies that will give you an opportunity to make your own $.

Just a hop, skip, and a jump across the county line from me. Too close to home. I like the idea of a methhead hunting season; year round, no limit. Perhaps it's time for some good old fashioned western justice - a tall tree and a short rope!
