Police investigating two Friday shootings

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Little Rock police are investigating two shootings that occurred Friday.

One happened around 11pm at 9115 Lew Drive. One person was shot, police say they don’t know the victim’s condition other than to say he is alive. There are two suspects in that incident.

Earlier in the day, a man was shot on Peyton Street, around 2:53pm. According to the police report, 20-year-old Jonathon Miller was in a vacant lot behind the Pic-Pac liquor store when he was shot. Miller tells police he was in his car and had stopped to talk to some people and was shot in his car.

Miller met police a couple blocks away from the shooting location. The police report says he was grazed on the thigh and did not need immediate medical attention.

There are no suspects in that shooting.
