Police kill gunman outside Empire State Building

Jeffrey Johnson hid behind a car in his business suit and tie near the Empire State Building, waiting for the man he blamed for costing him his job. He put a gun to the executive's head and fired five times, then walked off with his briefcase into the morning rush of midtown Manhattan.

It has to be in the training. Nine innocents shot by police.. They really need to abandon this policy of stopping the threat at any cost and return to protect and serve.

the gunman only shot his intended murder victim,the police shot everyone else trying to it the gunman, Looks ike they need to spend a little money at the range

Who shot the gunman? It really doesnt matter, but was it the police or a citizen? Atleast there wont be a waste of tax dollars on a trial.

I see NYC's gun ban is working well...I pray the victims recover and I'm glad the shooter is dead.
