FORT SMITH, Ark. (AP) - Fort Smith police are looking for a person who robbed a local bank with a semi-automatic weapon.

Police say a man walked into Liberty Bank Tuesday afternoon with the handgun and demanded money from the tellers. Officers say he ordered an employee to place money inside a bag and then told workers to lie on the floor for five minutes.

The man left with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured.

The robber is described as a 25 to 35 year old man who wore a fake black beard. Police say he also wore a tan or yellow baseball cap, a gray, long-sleeved hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants with white stripes down the legs.

The robber may have been driving a maroon pickup truck.
