No one should be shot while being cuffed; unless they were resisting to the point of trying to take the officers weapon. I wasn't there, but I'm thinking he wasn't resisting. We've heard already that she did not have all of her training completed; manslaughter sounds good to me. I smell a civil suit also; perhaps if the Alexander PD loses enough dough, they will train their officers properly in the future

My dad used to work for CHP and I have friends that are cops. If they are guilty, they need to be sentenced. Let the jury decide. Years ago I knew a cop that got caught stealing jet skis from a business. I didn't take up for him. If your a criminal, your a criminal....
