LITTLE ROCK, AR - Police are looking for an 18-year-old woman who disappeared from a Little Rock apartment Tuesday.

Tynisha Smith was last seen Tuesday night at her mother’s apartment on Mara Lynn sleeping on the couch. When the mother woke up at 5:30 the next morning, the front door was open and Tynisha was gone, according to Lt. Terry Hastings.

Police say Tynisha has medical issues and is partially paralyzed on her right side. She does not have a vehicle. She is 4'11" and weighs about 100 lbs.

Anyone with information on Tynisha's whereabouts is asked to contact Little Rock police.

Hello arkansasfinest - According to a detective at the LRPD, when she "disappeared," she left on her own free will without her mother's knowledge. The report said she was staying elsewhere for several days. The PD went to that reported location, picked her up (her health was in good condition) and took her home. THANK GOODNESS it turned out this way. I hope she never makes her family (and us around here) worry like that again. I was ready to put up MISSING PERSON fliers. Seriously.
