All eyes are on The Vatican in Rome as the process begins to name a new pope.

Social media and websites following the developments offer instant communication about the secret process.

The following schedule has been posted on the The Papal Conclave and the New Holy Father Facebook page:

0630 hrs Breakfast
0745 hrs Depart from Hotel to Apostolic Palace
0815 hrs Hour-long Mass at Pauline Chapel
0930 hrs First two rounds of voting inside Sistine Chapel
1230 hrs Return to Santa Marta
1300 hrs Lunch
0400 hrs Depart from Hotel to Apostolic Palace
0450 hrs Remaining two rounds of Voting inside Sistine Chapel
1915 hrs Vespers [prayer] at Sistine Chapel
1930 hrs Return to Santa Marta
2000 hrs Dinner

Smoke for the morning vote will appear from 1130 - 1200 hrs.
Smoke for the evening vote will appear from 1830 hrs - 1900 hrs.

If the new pope is chosen in the first votes of the morning or evening, the smoke will appear at 1030 hrs and 1800 hrs.
