What do they mean a plea bargin. These two babies that were killed, can't get a deal, they are gone forever. All 4 of the men were together, they need to do the same amount of time together. As a parent this makes me sick to my stomach to know that our system is jacked up. You are so right JimTheOwl "nuff said" We really need a Firing Squad in Arkansas and start eliminating some of these low life individuals.

I don't care who pulled the trigger. GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION. These four will be drains on society for the rest of there lives. Hopefully the shooter will be executed and the rest get life. I really couldn't care less if they are all executed. I can't expect too much though. This state won't even execute the islamic extremist (yeah i said it Obama so suck on that) that shot those recruiters in little rock.

I am totally against any plea deals for any of these people. They MURDERED two innocent people. To let any of these people walk or get less time would be a travesty of Justice. The attorney for these murderers said "There's no excuse for this happening, them having to go through this" when he discovered the plea deal was not going to happen. No Mr. Shaw, you are wrong. There is no excuse for the actions of your CLIENTS who MURDERED 2 students at UCA for whatever reason they did it... I'm sure it was something stupid like someone "dissed" someone or something. These people have to learn the value of life and it is my opinion the only way they are going to learn anything is to go to prison for a long, long time. Plus, it makes me sick that people can murder other people and walk away with light sentences or get off scott-free while people who are arrested for marijuana or other non-violent crimes end up sitting in prison for years. I hope the Prosecuter reads this: DO NOT LET THESE MURDERERS OFF FOR ANY REASON. Give them the maximum sentence for the crimes they committed. Two people are DEAD because of the actions of these four men. NO PLEA DEALS.

Responding, then UCA security should have kicked them out before they caused the trouble they did. I don't agree with the plea bargains, either. It's a kick in the face to the family who lost somebody.

Back when I attended UCA, there were never incidents like this. I felt safe enough to be out on campus at 3 am on the weekend. People who do this kind of stuff have already been in the criminal justice system by the time they get to college. Shouldn't UCA do background checks on students before allowing them to attend?
