It is very tragic, but it seems that the three St.Vincent employees are being treated as the killer, I would bet any 3 of the folks would have done everything in their power to have saved Anne. I can not agree that anyone was hurt over her records being viewed,if she was a private person what was she doing as a reporter and invading other peoples privacy. What happen to the felonys that were suppose to be prosecuted, I bet if the full truth was known there was a lot more that viewed those records and they were cleared out of the system. The family needs to put their time in on the killer and keeping him behind bars, when who ever is convicted.

I wish Anne's mother would ask for the entire list of people that viewed Anne's records. I am telling you right now, there are more people on that list. A lot more people, and that is from the top down. The IT department is seperate and contracted out, so I bet they have a few names on that list as well. I would like to see all people punished that looked at them, and not just a couple that the hospital threw under the bus.
