The show was only 13 minutes long and Riverfest fireworks were much better. I wish Jennings were still alive to give the kids a show.

if a city has a city law ban the shooting of fireworks how can they violate that law by ok a permitto let somebody shoot the fireworks. that means anyone can get a permit to shoot fireworks.
