Prosecutor to file homicide charge in ATV child death

Faulkner County prosecuting attorney Cody Hiland says he will file negligent homicide while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident charges against 27-year old Michael Fowler.

he had my dirtbike that he stole in the back of his truck during when this happend i hope he rots in jail for all he's done that night

I bet he wishes he could have a mulligan over this night. Oh well, he should have known better to drive drunk in the first place. I do not agree with the "negligent homicide" charge however. To me, when someone gets into a car after they've been drinking, and they decide to drive, its the same as carrying a loaded gun with the safety off and a finger on the trigger.
