I agree with Butch. Did this place have a USDA license? It is required if you have more than three breeding age females. We do not need more legislation. We need the legislation we have enforced. You know I just don't like people that hurt animals in any way. On the other hand I would not adopt a dog from a shelter. When I buy one I want it to have AKC papers. I do not want a mutt. Stop the mills? Yes. Also leave the breeders of quality dogs alone.

The state legislature needs to increase the penalty for anyone caught running a puppy mill. This is about as bad as it gets when you think of animal curelty.
