LITTLE ROCK, AR - The man police believe is responsible for a purse snatching incident that left a woman with a broken collar bone and dislocated shoulder is behind bars in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
Lt. Terry Hastings with Little Rock Police says 44 year old Floyd Eselle Conic of Little Rock was arrested late Friday night at the Motel 6 on West Markham in Little Rock.
According to police, the victim was walking to her vehicle in a parking lot at Kavanaugh and Walnut, when she was approached by Floyd Eselle Conic. Police say Conic grabbed the victim's purse and flung her to the ground.
The victim told police that Conic began dragging her across the ground towards an unknown vehicle, until her friend noticed and rammed the Conic’s vehicle with her own.
