me501; if you are talking about the 15 year old, I don't think his crime in June could be considered an "old" charge. That was 2 months ago. I figure murder would have ended up on his resume eventually had the police not have killed him.

me501, if you are looking for sympathy, look somewhere else. If youre gonna play the game, you better be prepared to pay the admission.

Those old charges he had.just show how much more everyone in his life had failed him.first mom and dad then the court system.if his parents couldn't care of him were was child protective service.is it not abuse to neglect your child.why wasn't he sent to a youth home for the other charges.if his mom had no control.the judge had to know that being that he already had been in front of him other times.no discipline.no probation.no boys school or reform school.no one in his life cared enough.

Seems everyday we hear about a murder, rape, someone robbing a store or bank, stealing a car at gunpoint; the list goes on and on, and we don't even hear about all of them. I'm with the LEO's on this one; thin 'em out. Look at one of the top stories. A convicted rapist kills a teenage girl. Perhaps if he had been shot commiting a crime, this young girl would sill be alive today. And we just hear the local stuff for the most part; many are unconcerned about national news, or pay less attention to it. The nuts at Ft. Hood, VA Tech, Tucson, the Sikh Temple; and all the LEO's that lose their lives. Killing criminals a trend? I think not; just officers protecting themselves against garbage trying to kill them or someone else.

Darn, and I was hoping it was a trend, and a fine trend indeed.

Just watched a story on the 15 year old on the 10 pm news. He was out on $100,000 bond for stealing a car at gunpoint from a woman at St. Vincents in June. I guess he was a career criminal in the making. And I guess he is in Satan's hands now, not God's.

White, Black, or Green; he was 15, in a stolen car, and stealing. A career criminal in the making. He's in God's Hands now. Or maybe Satan's?

me501 According to the report. The kid tryed to run over the police with that stolen car and yes if that be the case. The man had every right to shoot and defend himself. When someone puts you in a kill or be killed situation you do what you have to do. You can stand there and die or you can kill em. Age doesn't matter. I'm sure that man feels realy terrible for having to do what he done or feeling like thats what he had to do. I'm sure he's replayed it in his head a thousand times by now wondering if he could have done anything different to change the out come. The fact is you can't turn back the clock. Whats done is done win loos or draw.
