Funny there was a report done on this. Ive lived there since last march and started getting sick around may, the girl who lived next to me had mold very bad in apartment and moved. Didnt really think anything of it untill the manager quit and i happen to be friends with her and she told me there was black mold in the air ducks in my building which explains why ive been sick and having these headaches.. As soon as i found out i contacted the MAIN office and was told there was nothing they could do about it. On top of that im 7 months pregnant. Ive always had problems with the eletric in my apartment. Bathroom lights or closet lights dont work and from charging my phone in my bathroon messed my phone up and a 200 dollar hair straightner, So since December I havnt paid rent for the simplw reason they arnt fixing anything and my apartment could burn down from the eletrical problem. And they arnt safe either my apartment got broking into when i first moved in.. And just this week while at home someone tried to kick my door in,they couldnt so they left came right back while i was leaving and busted my neighbors window out and stole alot of his things.. So glad today is my last day living here. I dont feel like i shouldnt have to pay them because they arnt doing their part to make it livable they didnt have to pay my dr bills or pay for a new phone or hair straightner because of their mistakes

ARKANSAS IS THE ONLY STATE WERE TENANTS DONT HAVE RIGHTS---- BUT IF U BREAK UR LEASE REGARDLESS U WILL BE SUED--- THESE PEOPLE JUST WONT THE MONEY

I think I would move then, that is the nice thing about an apt., just move out.
