tawcat - 6/13/2012 8:38 PM 6 Votes Report User So sad! If a restaurant or any other business wants good marks, they must earn them. Bottomline! I write many a review and call it the way I see it. If you get a bad review from me, suck it up cupcake, fix the problem, give the best you give, and you don't have to worry about bad reviews. I know prior to leaving a restaurant if the review is going to be good or bad. If I determine a bad review is on it's way, I'll leave a box of tissue! OK tawcat - since you did not respond to my request for your 'credentials' - here is my response - Just what I thought - you do not have any credentials other than your refined taste of chicken tenders and ranch dressing. You are out there reviewing food that you have NO IDEA what ingredients are, the history of the dish, or how the food should be served!! So please - stay with Little Rock's culinary pallet of burger joints, mexican & chinese restaurants and quit pretending. It shows.

Simple, if I don't like it, I don't go back. There are many restaurants that I have been to and didn't like, so I simply never went back. If someone leaves a bad review, the management should take note and correct the problem. One particular dining establishment that I know of got rid of everyone because they we're recieving to many complaints and hired a complete new staff. It is way better now then it was. Staff is freindly and always asking if they can get anything for you. I base what I tip, anywhere from 15% to 30% (yes, 30%) on how good my service is. If I get good service, they will be tipped well, if not, then they recieve the lowest. I always tip, the servers don't even make min. wage and they do have a family to feed I am quite sure.

LSSLSM, being called a dumbass at the drive thru at McDonald's is not called getting a bad review. So when youre at work there, just make sure you have the fries ready. As for the restaurants that get bad reviews and are pissed, dont give crappy service or crappy food and you'll have no worries. Every restuarant has a bad day, so learn from it and move on.

most of the time restaurants deserve the reviews they get. Don't like the reviews then do something to change your crappy service/food.

I pay little attention to reviews. Reason why. People have different taste in food. Ever wonder why there are so many types of food. Not everyone likes the same things. I love fish and Mexican. My wife can't stand them. Wonder how her review would be on them. I just go eat if it looks inviting and if it's not good I don't go back.

I generally leave postive reviews about a place I have been to. Every time I go to a restaurant, I find leave a review. If I have a problem, I let the server know first and 99% of the time the server and manager take care of the situation.

If you get bad service or the food is not to your liking, tell the staff first. If you get no satisfaction, then step it up a notch. Don't hide behind a computer. Most places that I dine at would rather that I tell them face to face if I have a problem, then they can fix it. Just give it a try.

I generally give positive reviews. When I give a negative review I try to give constructive criticism. Every place can have an off day and they shouldn't be punished for that with a vindictive review. If a restaurant is really bad I give them the harshest review possible- I don't go back.
