Rivermarket's Ice Rink opens for 2012 Holiday Season

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Saturday, the River Market's Ice Rink opened for the 2012 Holiday season.

"When it is cold outside, you think of ice skating. This will be a good time to have with your family," said manager Kevin McCollum.

There were plenty of happy moments for the Foster family today.

"It gets you in the Christmas spirit. It's just a good family event and everybody out enjoying themselves," said Josh Foster.

The event is sponsored by Arvest Bank, Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission (LRCVB), Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) and Little Rock Parks and Recreation.

November 17th - December 21st:
Monday - Friday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 10:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
