2 wrongs do not make a "right". If you choose to work in the juvenile court system, you should have good impulse control skills. Kids frequently "mouth off". Most kids in juvenile court have problems with authority figures and rules. People that work with them need to be good role models, not more of the same anger they see "on the streets".

There at least two sides to every story and many youngsters that turn thug do so because they are brought up being able to do what they want and think mommy and daddy can save them from anything if they tell a big enough lie. Wait until the facts come out.

Last time I heard there was something called freedom of speech. Wonder how you would feel if the next time your child said something they had their head bashed off a brick wall. Let me leave you with this. It sounds like over abuse of power and assault and battery. Guess he feels like a big man beating a child. If you think this was right maybe you should hire this mentally challenged person to watch your children. He might be needing a job.

Well hello looser45...As a matter a fact, I do not hardly get to see my son. He followed my footsteps and joined the Army to defend "the good hardworking people" of America. Not the thugs and killers. My daughter, I see her very often and she is very successful. It doesn't surprise me that you would try to attack me and my family. So, even though you will not accept it, all my family members are good law abiding citizens who contribute to the USA. So, keep giving it your best shot to make me look bad. You are only making yourself look like you truly are, hateful and stupid. Now, my final question. You still haven't put on the lead shoes and jumped into the deep end of a swimming pool? This kid is obviously a trouble maker if the parents would have taught him to keep his smart mouth shut and obey the law none of this would have happened. He shot off his smart mouth and got what he deserved.

Charlie C.,This too shall be my last post on the subject. I happen to be a nurse working on my master's degree, so I probably am paying in as much or more to the system as you are. I've raised two sons who, like yours, have never been in any trouble. However, I don't live in a plastic bubble where everything is perfect. I've seen good, hard working people, who have done there very best, have children who made mistakes. If your child or someone you knew was in that situation, you can't tell me you would want to see that child beaten by someone who is supposed to be serving and protecting. Right is right and wrong is wrong, and that man was wrong, I don't care what anyone else says. He had no right to beat that child.

I know this to be true about jjc. The same thing had happen to my son around 3 years ago... I am so happy that they got busted.. lot of abuse go on up there to those kids..

lady li I dont live in a dream world, but you like to spew lies about people you have know nothing about. So here girl.....this thug is headed to prison later in life, he like you does not know when to keep thier mouth shut, my tax dollars will support him soon as you lady li, drawing your welfare and draining the states resources. I do not claim to be a perfict parent, but I am there for my children.Someone wasnt there for this child.So you go ahead and vent here on me, this is my last post so vent on woman. As for this child I truely hope he turns his life around and the mom will be there for him and not allow this to ever happen again, but I dopt it, prison in later life seems the road he is following. I tend to agree with charlie c. I have raised my kids and not one has ever been in trouble with the law much less thrown into a detention/Juvenile Justice Center. Why, because I and their Mother were there day and night watching over them, making sure they did the right things. Taught them good values and right from wrong. Not one of my brothers or sisters have ever been in trouble with the law for the same reason, we had a mother and dad that taught us right from wrong. They didn't shell out on kid after another thus loosing control over the. This country needs to do what China does. Limit how many kids you can have. Especially based on your employment and income status.
