Um...Mr. Rule, refusal to submit to chemical test is not a right, it's a crime. ACA 5-65-205 - Refusal to submit to chemical test.

ender; thanks for the update! Fox should hire you. Does it surprise anyone that a judge let a state legislator off? Wonder how it would have went with the judge if it had been one of us? Mabye a little greasing of the palm under the table helped ol' Herb out? Guess we'll see if it works again!

He was arrested in 2010 in Springdale for DWI. He refused to cooperate then and was ultimately acquited by a judge. The Ark Times article suggested that Mr. Rule knew how to get out of DWI. He complained about inaccuracies within the article but refused to comment on what they might be when questioned.

The fact he was cited for DWI before makes his argument fall on deaf ears. Nice try, Mr. Rule. Not that you had a chance against Tim Griffin in the first place.

He doesn't state whether he had benn drinking or not, only that wasn't drunk. Doesn't Arkansas have a commercial that says buzzed driving is impaired driving? Regardless, I wonder if he was equally uncooperative during his first DWI arrest.
