Parents have every right to send their children to the best schools possible. My child is currently going to a school not in our district due to the fact the the assigned school had poor test scores, poor facilities, and problems with violence/bullying, etc. Not to mention, I thought there was a LAW allowing school choice? There sure was one 8 years ago when I switched high schools.
